Need a poncey-ish childminder in Hackney, E5 - Or a full time nannyshare. Anyone?

I've started this thread before but am persevering without shame as i cant seem to find a childminder at all, never mind a poncey one. I'm looking for a full time place somewhere near the E5/E8/N16 area, somone who can offer healthy food, go to local groups etc. From beginning of May, when dd will be 14 months.

Any recommendations? I've been through the CIS list and no-one suitable with a vacancy so far.

Also looking for a nannyshare as an alternative, if anyone would like to share a nanny full time and is based in this area let me know,

have you looked at nannyshare website/agency places? sharingcare.co.uk... bestbear.co.uk... that sort of thing? my mums here (lives in stokey) and may have some ideas... will ask. hope you find something!!

btw - it was you wasnt it, who i said about my bf's sister in clapton? her youngest is younger than i thought and shes not quite ready to start cm'ing again yet... (i hope i already told you that, but cant remember if i have and my heads up my bum at the mo so wouldnt be surprised if i hadnt... soz if so )

Hi Nappies no you didn't tell me but don't worry you have now ! I've tried nannyshare websites to no avail but thanks for suggestion anyway

Have you tried puting an ad in Gumtree.com or looking in nannyjob.co.uk or looking in simply childcare?

I'm from Yorkshire and up here, poncey is a patronising word.

Ha ha - I was accused of being poncy by a fellow childminder when I expressed my.... err... 'surprise' at her sprinkling a liberal coating of sugar on some strawberries for her mindees.

It's pity I'm in Tufnell Park, as I obviously fit the bill!
