Ok I'm a very honest down to earth person - I can't help it, sometimes its a good thing - not today though!

So far i have put my foot in it twice.....

said yesterday wasnt a good day, lady didnt turn up some people think they are choosing you but it does work the other way round i said sometimes they think they can mess with your time or money, you wudnt go to tescos and get to cashpoint n say oh ill pay next week u dont mind or im off on holiday i wont pay you ---- (FOOT IN MOUTH) this is the lady who has served notice because (i think) she wanted to take him away and didnt want to pay me full price as stated in contract.

second time

I'm on the phone to a lady about a temp contract for her 2.5yr old, we're chatting away and she's asking me about activities etc I come out with this corker.......

im happy for them to do what they like within reason as long as they dont do the same things all the time, if he doesnt want to do mummy a picture i wont make him as it will end in a tantrum.

At interview I was asked by Mum what my cooking/food skills were like.

I replied "I'd say I'm very good in the kitchen though I'm not great with the vegetarian type faffing!"

It wasn't until I started the position that I realised Mum was infact a Vegetarian!!!

I guess we all do it......so there must be others lurking that have put their foot in it, so if you would like to share, I'm all ears.......................

Hmmm, I'm sure I have some major foot in mouth occasions, will go and have a think see if I can remember them. Although, they may have been totally erased from memory due to extreme embarrassment!!
