Hi can anyone recommend the best bilingual nanny agencies. Interested in Spanish speaking nannies in particular. Thanks in advance!

Any agency should be able to find you a suitable nanny. Or you could advertise online yourself if you have a few hours to go through a lot of applications.

Nannies register with multiple agencies usually so if you're in London I'd go with a big agency (Imperial or the like) and perhaps a more specialist one. As crazy as it sounds, there are lots of nannies who don't see their additional language as a selling point and wouldn't think to sign up with an agency who specialises in this.

Alternatively you could advertise yourself, and if in London there are many, many nanny Facebook groups who have nannies of all nationalities including Spanish.

Little Ones

I would definitely recommend going with an agency like Little Ones as they are supposed to be experts in bilingual nannies, I found my Spanish nanny housekeeper and the kids are speaking excellent Spanish. You could also try a website like childcare.com and do a search for spanish speakers. I've also used Eden nannies. The agency option was great for me as I actually had some issues with nannies and their replacement service was helpful.
