would it be more efficient to have a live out au pair ??????

Would they be able to do cleaning and looking after the kids (on different days may be ? ). I can then think about taking on some small contaracts in a few months (when dd is 9mths)and work from home again ?

Any good agencies that cover middlsex EN2 area ???

Would you trust a teenager to clean properly a house??? THere's your answer

They may help with simple things but don't expect them to be Mary Poppins.

Theyre not always teenagers chandra , some friends of my sister have them and some have been older girls in their mid to late 20's.

I think if you read my thread on my current cleaners , anything might be better !!!

My faith in under 30's cleaning skills is, still, quite underdeveloped too.

I didn't achieve any breedom badge until well after that

You can't usually have a liveout au pair. The reason they are paid less is because they get bed and board as well. I'd go for a Mothers help, and specify that it means cleaning duties as well some childcare.

Neither a mothers help or an Au pair is qualified to have sole charge of a small baby however. What are your other childcare arrangements?

are you able to have a live out au pair if you pay for her accommodation?
