Smeeinit, Jan and Feb seem to be really bad for getting new mindees, I haven't got a space till May, but have put the vacancy up, and had my very 1st bite yesterday (wanted a month only temp contract so said no, guarentee if i said yes full time would have come up.)
I know that dosnt help, but hopefully with the spring comes lots of new mindees

im going to be so upset if i have to give it up,i absolutly love cming and the kiddies i ahve at mo but just cant manage without any f/t mindees.

smeeinit, I feel for you, I have had three sets of parents visit this week - I can literally pick and choose who I want to suit me. They are queuing up at the door. I try to reccommend you but unfortunately Redbourn is out of the question for most of them. It is the same for all the network minders, we are inundated with work.
Perhaps when the children's centre opens in Redbourn later this year, things will be better. You are going to get a really super manager there. She is great!
