Are you applying for a job, if so what kind of job - as it can help to tailor your CV to match the job.

Responsibilities
Things you are responsible for, such as Health and Safety in the workplace. This includes daily Risk Assessments (such as checking the garden is secure) and more comprehensive safety planning (such as your fire escape plan).

Achievements
Things of importance that you have a achieved.
Perhaps, safely evacuating the workplace in the event of fire. Negotiating large customer contract (could just have been a large person! Or could be a parent with several children).
