Bumping cis - can I do this online?

That's it really, always feel like a pest when I ring up to do it! lol (My CIS is Hull btw)

I emailed my local CIS this morning and they promtly emailed me bk with my info they send out - they told me to update in Red and send bk and that I could email them updates when ever I liked!

oh thats great I do think it has an email address will do that!
