we are a british family living in Germany and paying UK tax etc, and have a nanny coming for 3 months fixed term contract next month to help with birth of 3rd etc. I have rung Inland revenue and they say I do not pay employers tax and NI to them but to German authorities. Has anyone else done this? How did you go about it?
