Hi all. Ive just been to chiropractor today because my back has been killing me. He says Im physically tired and need to rest more. That was before I told him what work I was doing. I have been doing childminding during the week then some nursing shifts aswell. I feel that I cant turn down the shifts whilst they are being offered, we need the money aswell but I feel worn out not only physically but I feel I am tired of caring for other people. Im not sure what to do really.

ishyan, you poor thing. sending lots of virtual hugs and healing your way.

you must take some rest now or you will end up running yourself totally into the ground then you wont be doing any kind of work!

you know you are feeling run down and im sure your body is telling you to take it easy? take some time off from nursing, even if only for a couple of weekends and give yourself alot of time to rest.
you are going to be no good to anyone if you have a physical breakdown. believe me i know!

I suffer badly with my back, and see a chiropractor each month to keep things under control.

And in case you're interested, the cost of seeing a chiropractor is not tax-deductible as, according the IR, it is a self-inflicted injury!

Do you know I was just thinking I wonder if the cost is tax deductable - you read my mind! Feel better today. Must have just been exhausted yesterday and felt drained after leaving the chiropractor. Thanks for your support.
