Hi all
One of my parents have mentioned that they wont be needing me in April as member of family can have them...problem is i dont know if she realises she still has to pay me! I feel arkward saying it to her as they have just started and she is really nice..when i invoiced her this month I sent a copy of my hrs/cost/hols policy which states this but I got the impression she thinks she wont need to pay.
How can I say this to her in a subtle way...i was thinking a newletter to state this as a whole might be best but what sort of things do u all include in a newletter!
Help needed
Many thanks in advance

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I do a newsletter and put in what training I have done recently, where the kids have been, what after school activities we have been doing, holiday dates (at begining of year), etc and sometimes a statement or reminder to all parents (tho its usually just for one)
