I DO term time only contracts for over 8's as they dont take up a place plus u always have that space free incase a mum wants a holiday only space. If I were a mumI wouldnt go for paying a retainer during hols but thats jsut my opinion.

didnt get chance to say anything, she left dd and her mum in car and i said to bring them in(very respectful polite lady)so her dd could havea look around and meet the girls and me properly.
her dd got stuck in straight away, all toys out..the noisiest ones, so me and mum went in living room and left grandma with kids!LOL, good job she suggested it otherwise shed have thought i was lax!
anyway, showed her fees and gave her a copy and told her about deposit, which she was fine with ..she also mentioned another of this cm's mindees who was asking after me, but he is 6, so i explained about retainer in this case as he would be still in my ratios.aaaaanyway..im copying her my T&C's and passing them onto her cm monday so she can read through properly and last thing she said was that she would be very happy to bring her dd here and how soon would i need the deposit??!!...i said for her to read through t&c and ring me next week(as she wanted to discuss with her dp)and as we were finishing(after two lots of parents and unruly kids were collected late!)her dd ran in and said mum can we stay for just one more hour??pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease!
