Childminders in SW12 or Streatham Hill

I was wondering if ayone knows of a fantstic childminder for my little boy of 2 in the SW12 area?

I'm looking at the osfted reports etc but would be grateful of any help / recommendations.

We would need 2-3 days per week but they are slightly odd in the fact that it would be the mon, tue fri of one week and the weds & Thurs of the next.
