sorry cant, but would like to know about claiming back for milk!

Katymac · 18/01/2007 20:17

I'll go & find mine - give me a minute (or ten??)

Katymac · 18/01/2007 20:38

OK you have the total milk for the 4 months from Table B

Where they all from the milkman at one price?

Or did you get some from the milkman and some from the supermarket?Or where some formula?

That's where the price things come in

Does that help??

Hi katymac;

I always get from the supermarket and same price.

So...the final figure from table b; does that go into table c; uner number of pints/litres? Then the bit next to it price paid per unit is the price of milk??

The bit i was confused about was what figure i put under the bit Number of pints/litres???????

ayla99 · 19/01/2007 11:21

How rude! Childminders are entitled to claim; it says in general terms you can apply if you are a "childminder or day care provider registered under the Children Act 1989".

Write, sending a copy of your registration certificate to

W F R U
PO Box 31048
LONDON
SW1V 2FE

Send it recorded delivery; I had to write 3 times before I got approved. And you can only claim from the date you get approved.

ayla99 · 19/01/2007 11:26

Katymac, have you got a different address to the one I just posted? I don't have the new numbers you posted I've got 0202 7887 1212 but letter dated July 05.

Helpfully, there's no address or phone number on the forms.

I'm told its difficult to claim in the hope we won't bother and if insufficient people claim it is possible the ability to claim could be withdrawn if statistics can show few cms are claiming. So at my ccp course we were all encouraged to persevere & claim, however difficult it gets. Cos there are few perks for childminders we need to hang on to what we can get.

Katymac · 19/01/2007 14:13

On-line it says the numbers I found
On my letter it 02078871212 with that address

I have never had a problem getting tho' or getting my money

Katymac · 19/01/2007 14:15

Mindermymummy yes that sounds right

Figure from b into c multiplied by the price
