Hi, I am a newly registered cm and am just getting all my prices etc together but am confused over how best to charge for holidays.

What do others do, do you charge half whether its you or your mindee that is on holiday or do you charge full if they are on hol but nothing if you are on hol? Was told that can do either but confused over how it would work the best??

Thanks

i take 4 weeks off a year these weeks are decided during christmas break and printed up and given to parents on first week back

during these 4 weeks parents pay half fees

my parents normally book the same hols as me

if the children are off (hoildays, sickness etc) its still full fees

if i am off for sickness then no fees are charged

I charge half-fee for parents holidays.

I charge nothing for my holidays, bank holidays or if I am off sick (I'm never off sick!!)

I charge full fee if child is off sick, or parents off and keep child at home.

I only work term time so I don't charge for the holidays
