Psychological profiling for nanny agency

Hi,
I have been looking at joining a nanny agency, and this one says that they do psychological profiling on the nanny.

Has anyone ever had one for a nanny job?

Never had one to my knowledge. I wonder what they do exactly.

I am registered with them and I didn't need to do any tests.
