I charge 3.30 ph, food all in, fairly typical of where I live. I know some CM's charge a minimum of 2 hours per session - you could suggest this, others may charge a sep fee for school run say £4.30 for the 1.25 hours, and £1.50 for drop off?

PandaG · 11/01/2007 20:55

meant to say - I would just charge 3.30 x 1.25

i charge £3 per hour so if i had somebody coming from 7.45 til 9am i would charge £4.50
i dont charge for breakfast thats included

but if you want you could ask parent to eirther pay extra for breakfast or provide breakfast for their own child

I charge £10 for 8.00-9.00 including mileage to school. That is my minimum charge for before school.

After school is minimum charge £10, even just for an hour, it has to be to make it worth my while as I wouldn't normally do a school run as all other mindies are under 4. This is also for an hour too, and there are no shortage of people asking me to do it.

8-9 am £4 per day
before 8 am - £double time
Breakfast - £1.25 per day

=£7.25 per day

Afternoons are £12 per day til 6pm including snack.
dinner £1.80 per day if required.
