Ad hoc Nanny in St Albans - Help

Hi, ladies, I need some advice please. I have only recently moved into the area and I have no family or friends here and I am looking for a flexible home childcare arrangement of 1-2 hrs per week while I go to the dentist/ GP for regular treatment, or for cases of emergency when my OH is at work and isn't able to cover. I had a look online and most emergency nannies require to be engaged for at least 4 hours. I only need 1-2 per week.

Any reliable sources or recommendations for a flexible childminder/nanny in St Albans (AL1)? I need to start a long term dental treatment next week and I need to find childcare arrangements ASAP. :-(

Thanks a million. X

I can help on an ad hoc basis. I would charge a minimum of two hours but am only available in the mornings
