CM Club Some advice please

I am newly registered and I have 1 lady who wants to me to take their child Mon,Tues and Wed who enquired first. I now have another lady who wants the whole week.

I already have 1 child 3 days and am allowed 2 at one plus my own.

The first lady was going to drop a deposit in yesterday for the 3 days but was iffy after I said she had to pay a retainer for the Jan & Feb as she doesn't want the place till March. She didn't drop the deposit in and her Husband phoned but I was out and he never phoned back like he said he would.

The other lady is desperate for the whole week from Jan.

I feel obliged to wait for the 1st ladys decision but know that in business I should take whoever puts down the deposit first.
I can't take both of them and would prefer the full week.

What do you guys do in this situation? Any advice greatly appreciated!

Thanks, thats what I want to do but just feel obliged to wait until I have found out what the 3 day wants to do.

I am being too nice, after all this is my business and its first come first serve.
