Are you looking on au pair world? I have tried other methods, but always ended up back at au pair world and that is where every single one has come from. All have stayed the entire time they said and I currently have a lovely Spanish girl who is a fabulous cook.

I agree au pair world is good, but be prepared to spend a fair bit if time sifting through the numerous applications (we usually receive several hundred, and our requirements are quite specific)
