LOL!

walking back from dd's school with dd walking and both mindees in double buggy, we are about to cross the road joining mine and as were learing road safety, we stop look listen etc...yellow van going up road, not turning, so i let the girls know and we go to cross...
van then swerves in, inches from us in middle of road and i jump backwards with girls...
i shout to driver, "try using your indicater and you breaks"!..he pulls over and says "wot"?!!..i repeated myself and he said "well i was about to ask you something"(obv a delivery guy whos lost and who cant drive!)..so i say(are you still with me).."im not about to stand in middle of riad with threee toddlers to give you direction"..and go to walk off....He then reverses back and shouts to me...TROLLOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
me.. i calmly walk back a bit, and say, i beg your [ardon?..and he repeated *"i said you're a trollop..three kids..all what?..under 5?..i said youre a trollop"!!!..me, i wlk up to his window and say very calmly and smugly, try 'CHILDMINDER' you fool..and walked away...you could hear his mate in van peeing himself laughing and yellow van man(only about my age so not old and hardend) done wheel spins storming off..so funny i had to ring dp too

PortAndLemonaid · 07/12/2006 12:04

No, "fool" has more class and hence more impact...

His mate is going to make sure that aaaaalllll their friends know about this, tee hee...

StrawberrySnowflakes · 07/12/2006 12:05

..never thought of that
and yes i think fool is a little better than swear word cos its more of a statement of how i 'saw' him than an off the cuff four letter one..LOL am still laughing..best word ever TROLLOP!

love it

BudaBauble · 07/12/2006 12:11

PMSL

And also agree that "fool" was the PERFECT word to use - shows MUCH more disdain than a swear word!

StrawberrySnowflakes · 07/12/2006 12:12

'trollop ' really means he fancied you and was amazed at you having 3 kids under 5 ( in his mistaken opinion) and looking so damn good....

after all he was desperate to speak to you wasn't he? !!!

StrawberrySnowflakes · 07/12/2006 13:34

..yes..i bet your right..so funny..you know when something really tickles you and i am in no way witty normally!..its going to be one of those stories i repeatedly tell friends now when im drunk

There must be something in the water... i went to my Christmas party last week and was talking to a guy from upper management. The next thing a new girl from my office came over and said "Are you going to spend anytime with us, your acting like a TROLLOP?"
Cheeky cow!
(Luckily other members of my office heard this and led her away!) ha ha ha

StrawberrySnowflakes · 07/12/2006 14:26
