i know they get slated dont they?! customer service in luton is pretty naff but we flew to eurodisney with them in july and it was the best journey ive ever been on,flights were on time, all staff were really friendly,we got ushered to the front of the queues as we had my ickle niece with us.we got great seats and considering im a BIG girl the seats were pretty roomy too! i could not fault them atall. and it was only 50 quid to disney and back!! barrrrrrrgain!!

wow thats fab!
we also got P.S (priority seating) with as did most of our friends we went with cos we had children with us..we got on first(much to disaproving looks of extremely tall blokes wanting the emergency exit seat) and all got sat together which was lovely as there were about 16 of us..all on timeno delays(we went from newcastle) just hope next years is as efficient!
