Employer not providing p60

I was made redundant from my nanny job at the end of July, I keep asking for payslips from the last 2 months and my p60. The family told me the payroll company are sorting it but when I call payefornannies they tell me they haven't issued payslips for a couple of months and won't issue my p60. When chatting to them more it seems the family haven't paid the company so they won't issue anything. What can I do?

When you start your next job you can fill in a p46 instead of handing over your p45.
