CM CLUB - Shared access to GARDEN

Just wondered if any of you own a house with shared access through your garden to get to their back gardens - to get bins out etc

what did OFSTED say about this?

Ofsted said OK as long as I made sure to bolts to the gates were locked every time we went outside.

I also told them that by the time the children were tall enough to reach the bolts they should know the rules about not to open them. My DD has just turned 6yrs and can now touch the bolt but can't open it. (I think she will work that one out next summer!!).
