Does anyone have any advice on where to advertise? I am waiting to get signed up on my local CIS website though apparently this takes time...

Any advice? I am pretty anxious to get started!

Carrie

Basically anywhere you go with your child. Doctors surgery, indoor play centre leisure centre, ask local schools if they keep a list of CM, tell all your friends aswell, as they may know people who might need Cm. Just look at everything you do and see if there is somewhere you could place your ad!!!! I also have a poster in my car permenantly too, with all my contact details on, Good Luck

i would phone c/m in your area
get down to playgroups and meet c/m

a c/m circle is the best place to get children from as c/m who have been going a while get loads of phone calls (word of mouth) and if they know you they will pass your number on

also pre-schools as alot of children only do mornings/afternoons and parents get temp jobs coming up to christmas

Also see the Advertising Tips thread for suggestions, though like with CIS it can take quite a while to get listed.

What area are you in?
