Hi everyone!

I have 3 girls and our childminder has gone. We've decided to take the plunge and get an Aupair. We also decided we'd rather choose our own. The agency's don't seam to offer much really that I can't do myself.

So I signed up to aupair.com and had about 200 applications, I think this is due to the time of year.

We Skyed with one that I really like, my question is for those experienced what questions would you be asking?

I've told her exactly what we are offering and what we expect from her.

I'm slightly worried about food from some posts.

Do you pay for her flights to come over? Obviously I'll collect her from the airport.

Any other newby advise would be great!!

No we don't pay flights. They can after all leave any time they choose.
Food for us is a deal breaker. No fussy eaters, no vegetarians, no vegans. They don't have to be able to cook.
I think you get a good or bad feel for people. I only talk to one at a time.
