Hi

Im looking to hire someone from outside the eu, as I can't seem to find a live in nanny/ au pair in this country who speaks both my language.

I was wondering if anyone has done this to advise on how to apoly for a visa. If you have used a solicitor, can you please rexommend him/her to me.

Thanks

What language is it?

sadly I agree with above posters you are unlikely to be allowed as you would have to prove that no one in the EU have the right skills for the job/ best suited for it as sadly langauge is not normally enough of a reason to premit it

Better off finding someone already in the country.

Cos let's face it. You will have to prove that nanny from outside the EU can do the job that no-one in the EU could do....

hi myangel. is this some kind of new law that you have to give priority to EU au pairs?
