So my Au Pair is leaving, she's been with us for 3 months but missing the boyfriend too much. This was my first au pair and now I know a lot more about what to ask for - like not having a boyfriend being the key!!
I'm currently searching Au Pair World and then wondered if there were any facebook groups which are any good, most seem to be for au pairs, but if you know of any which are of any use would be very grateful.
