New Nanny Welcome Pack - What to put inside?

New Nanny starts in January and has never been to London/lived abroad. I want to put together a London Welcome Pack, that helps the nanny e.g Oyster card etc. Anything else I should include?

A underground map

Address of home, Telephone numbers

Doctors / dentists address and numbers

Address of local hospital

Numbers like 999

Info of local activities / classes / groups

Names of Internet sites like this one, Facebook nanny groups etc

Write down local bus numbers and the route they take.

Talk about safety, about being alone etc..

Also any information about local playgroups, swimming pools, museums, libraries, playgrounds, soft play.

Any other nannies in the area.

Also any neighbours you are on good terms with or local friends (e.g. who have spare keys or could help out in a super-emergency).
