pretty please, i have done my 1st aid course but theres so many differing opinions on what you should have.

i know no creams, wipes or plasters (without permission)

so i have got........

white lint
tubigrip
low adherent dressing (hypoallergenic)
triangular bandage
stretch bandage
micropore

i have also got but im unsure if i should put them in...
antiseptic wipes (alcohol free)
burn blot (for scalds, sunburn, burns, does say on it safe for use on children and lets face it if the child is burnt im gonna want to do everything i can to sooth the pain)
saline mini pod (for irritation in the eyes)

so....help.....thanks so much!

First thing that springs to mind is gloves, will have a think
In fact I will go and get mine and list whats in it. Back in a bit.

Right, I was OFSTEDed a couple of months back and although I pointed out where my first aid kit is kept, the inspector didn't ask what was in it. It is a standard large first aid kit that I have bought and does have things that are 'not allowed' in it like plasters.

Plasters
Medium dressing
Large dressing
Eyepad
Non adherent dressings
Crepe bandage
Triangular bandage
Micropore tape
Burn blots
Burn Lint Pads
Saline pods
antiseptic cream
Gloves
Scissors
Tweezers
Safety pins

This is also my home first aid kit and obviously when I use something for home (or work) I replace it.
I have permission slips for applying plasters to mindees, I like you got fed up with all the different recommendations so just left everything in it.
HTH
