You won't get a WHM visa because of what its for WHMs are for casual work of 1 year max out of a 2 year visa no FCO official will give her a WH visa. If India doens't allow au pairs and you have never employed her before then I would suggest you look to another country, an Eastern Euro one perhaps that does allow au pairs. Trust me it would be less hassle in the long run
