Should I get a nanny to speak her native language or English?

I'm thinking of employing a lovely girl from Slovakia. Her English is ok but by no means perfect. I'm wondering if I should just ask her to speak Slovakian to DD so that DD learns Slovakian and perfect English from me. Btw dh speaks French to dd. Any views?

Not sure myself! how would you know what words were being taught, sounds a good idea to speak both as second language

I would think about if you intend to keep taking Slovakian Nannies. If so go for it, if not probably better to stick with English
