NannyTax or other recommendation for payroll?

Hi there - I can only see quite old threads on this. Does anyone have a current recommendation for somewhere to handle payroll? Thanks.

We use PAYEfornannies and always found them responsive and accurate. Cheaper than Nannytax too. Lots of recs for them on MN.

PAYEfornannies are great - they handled my nanny being off sick and are currently efficiently sorting out one nanny leaving and another one starting.
