CMs in Marylebone or Mayfair

I am suppose to be going back to work next month (I work in Marylebone/Mayfair area) and am looking for a CM close to my work place in that area... but there seems to be a complete black hole for childcare in that area. (excluding those private nannies only willing to work for 39K a year with private accomodation).
My baby will be about 11/12 months.
Any ideas?
