looking after soon to be mindee for no charge until my crb comes through.
we agreed 8 hours minimum per day except one half day.
just got requested hours through for next four weeks and as opposed to 37 1/2 hours we discussed/agreed/signed on..htey are now some down to 32!

do i re direct her to contract.
i said i would adapt to shifts, but we def agreed 8 hour day min as was full time palce and i said if she finished early she might as well do course work/etc as shes paying for me anyway..but think its 'slipped ' her mind!

With everychildminder there contract is different. Im sure if you speak to her she will be ok about it. my mums a childminder and has on many occasions changed contracts with parents, because of there change of working hours.
It is quite common for this to happen. the worst thing that would happened, would be for her to change your contract from full time to part time.

ive just emailed back saying if those are the hours she wants then thats fine, but she does have a place for 8 hours per day.
if you want to collect or drop her off anytime in between thats fine just let me know..left it quite obvious ie: read contract, but friendly..hope its ok!
