What paperwork needed for emergency childcare (CM)

Been asked to do a one off emergency childcare - what paperwork if any should I get in place? Contract/permissions/policies and procedures?

Any advice would be helpful as I've never done short term.

Child record form, permission forms (at least emergency first aid) and a short term contract.
