What to ask at nanny interview?

Haven't done this for a year - seeing two prospective nannies at the weekend. part time job, 5 year old and 2 year old. feel a bit blank! any advice on questions to ask would be much appreciated.

What would you do in the event of a child choking/being burned etc. not very cheery but will let you know who is suitably up to date on their first aid.

I like to ask them questions about discipline, to check whether they're on the same page as us...

Also give them a scenario of a plot of time,certain number of hours, at home with the kids - what would be their ideal way to spend it? I find this useful not so much because of the activities they list, but to see if they light up when imagining doing them iyswim?
