I'm worried about that too. I don't want to see my CM out of pocket because of this but it saves us quite a lot of money... If my maths is right.

I've used at least 4 different schemes over several employers and all paid up within a couple of days. Never been a problem.

I've been on both sides and no it doesn't cost them anything. You put the payment through from the CCV portal and a few days later the money is paid into the providers bank account with a reference number so they can tie it back to you.

Sometimes mine can be late to childminder by a day as I get paid last thur of mth n occasionally that can be last day in a month so takes 2 days to clear to her account. Half is paid via bank transfer anyway so the odd mth the voucher half is a day or two later she has been fine with
