Do you insist or do most nannies have business insurance for carrying children?

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Insurers should be told that children are being transported as part of employment. Not "for hire & reward".

My current insurer (Allianz) calls it:
"Social Domestic and Pleasure purposes including commuting and by the policyholder only in person for his/her own or employers business"
Occupation: Nanny Employers Type of Business: Child Minding

Specialist insurance brokers can arrange suitable insurance, such as MortonMichel.
My policy before fees, extras,IPT is a little over £260 (private car insurance + legal expenses cover). Things like carseat cover, replacement vehicle cover, key cover are optional extras.
