emergencychildcare.co.uk free trial?

Has anyone used this service and found the free trial easy to cancel etc? Not totally sure if I need it but the next week is turning into a nightmare.

Won't reply tonight as I'm going to try and sleep - should be asleep now but I'm not because... I'm worrying about childcare

What type of emergency Childcare are you in need of as you may be able to get help or recommendations from your post!
Not really sure about the free trial but I work for them via a nanny agency and freelance and have had lots of jobs last minute and weeks in advance.

But I'd never heard of emergency childcare.co.uk until I came across this thread

I've got the free childcare.co.uk membership from when I first needed a childminder but I'd forgotten thanks for reminding me! :) I think I will update my profile on there as requirements have changed.

I'd not heard of the emergency one (I don't think they're related BTW) til recently and only looked as I was panicking about two particular dates which are thankfully sorted now, but it did get me thinking about the future and I really need some back up plans in place. I just don't particularly want to pay £100 a year for membership to the site if I don't need it IYSWIM!

Basically we should be able to manage without regular childcare from now on but there may be times when we need it, so not really sure how to manage that when CMs tend to require regular hours (understandably!)
