Hi! I was wondering if anybody had any advise. I´m spanish and both my little girls speak spanish. I´ve just gone back to work after a career break and my husband (english) has looked after them while we find permanent childcare. We´ve found that since this has happened they´ve hardly communicated to me in spanish and we are now considering getting a spanish speaker. But we don´t know where to start. Any advise would be very much appreciated! Thanks!

Are there any language schools in your town? I mean for foreigners learning english, maybe you could find a spanish student? That is how I found my au pair job in France , I was at language school and ran out of pocket money and families used to put ads on the notice board.

Also i've noticed that alot of the websites for nanny/au pairs allow you to state a nationality preference.
