Ideas for an au pair leaving present?

Au pair of a year leaving us on Tuesday. We've had our ups and downs but she's been a very diligent au pair and great with the kids.

Present ideas please. Must be smallish for packing purposes, nothing that takes more time than I have before Tuesday to order/put together

Photo album or photo book?

If you've known her for a year and don't know what to get, what use are we going to be?!

What small things does she like?

Cash? I've yet to meet anyone who doesn't like a cash bonus.
