Do you pay for AP to travel home?

Hi all,
When your AP visits home do you pay for her travel costs?

We pay for end of stay flights home, but only if they stay until their agreed end date. Current au pair has decided to go home a few weeks early, so we won't be paying for her flight.
Some families do and some don't, you wouldn't pay for visits home though or for short-term placements.

No I don't put anything towards travel costs (at all). But I give good aupairs extras during their stay with me if they are doing a particular good job.
