all those contracts and forms i painstakingly typed up are all aprt of this pack!..never mind...will just add my t&c to this lot now..(still undecided about my hols and payment)

i cant believe no one told you that the conracts etc were in the pack?! nevermind its done now and good that its arrived.

my hols - 4 weeks half pay, i will try to have them at the same time as parents if i can.

payment - must be in advance at the start of every week. all hol pay must be paid in advance. hth and good luck!

was filling one in last night for new mindee and have actually put(as ncma form actually has a section for c.m's paid holiday..thanks ncma) 2 weeks at 1/2 pay, however in discussion i will let them no that i will whereever poss take same time as them..not so easy when i have more mindees tho?
