Skype interview with potential au pair this evening - what to ask/expect?

We've never had an au pair before so are completely new to this - we are also completely new to Skype! - but we are interviewing a potential au pair this evening and I wondered if anyone had any tips on what to ask/expect to be asked?

We found her through an agency so we know a lot about her interests/experience etc but I'm feeling quite nervous about interviewing her. Should we let the children 'meet' her at this stage?

See if you gel a bit

Ask what she would do in an emergency - always a good question
