I have a DD 3 who will be going to nursery in September morning only and a DM 2.5 min / Tue/ Wed and DM 3 currently Tues and Wed but will be afternoons only Mon - Wed. He also has a new sister they want to start in January Mon - Wed full days which takes me over ratios in the morning but can you do it for continuity of care?

So confused as I know it's all changed and we self assess but want to be sure I am following the rules

Yes. A sibling of existing mindee can be allowed as long as you are never more than 6 under 8.
