Need a copy of contract ASAP PLEASE!!

Hi All, I have a potential client coming to see me on Saturday and I have not received my Insurance Pack from NCMA yet. They tell me it will be another two weeks yet!! Can anyone help me out. I am fearly new to mumsnet so I am not sure if this is even allowed.

call the NCMA they will send you one 1st class, they did for me they were great!!
