nanny needed in kent

hi i am looking for a nanny four days a week for my little boy who is one year old.
the position is term time only but i would still pay the nanny through the holidays.
i would like someone to stay long term as i have been mucked about by childminders recently.
can anyone help?

yes we are near margate in kent.
