Katymac · 02/09/2006 10:19

Yep

BTW everyone this is an open thread for childminders to gossip in

Often we want to say things that aren't worthy of a thread - but we don't want to impose on anyone's discussion

So welcome all & enjoy

Hi everyone, having a lazy day today cos I am knackered. Its been mad here over the last 6 weeks and this is the first weekend we haven't had anything going on.
Dh is on duty today (he's a firefighter), dd is out for the day, dss is at his mums so ds and I are lazing on the sofa with a cappuccino, chocci biscuits and watching Shrek on dvd, thats my kind of day!! and I am even on mumsnet on the laptop cos I am too lazy to sit in the dining room.
My holiday only lasted 2 days cos dd was ill so we had to come home and its has rained nearly everyday since coming home so I am well fed up. Anyway will be glad to get back to normal next week when kids go back to school.

Katymac · 02/09/2006 15:27

Oh poor DD is she any better?

I'd rather watch Shrek - I am busy NVQing (& hating it)

I have looked at your other thread katymac and I am trying to think about it but its not easy to do whilst watching tv, snuggling under my furry throw and eating chocci biscuits .

I should really be finishing off my quality first portfolio but I really can not be ar*ed today.

Katymac · 02/09/2006 16:10

Aww thanks anyway - It might come to you during an interval
