Anyone needed an au pair to start in very early January?

I have found the perfect au pair but she can only stay until Christmas. My worry is that I won't be able to find a replacement willing to start in early January 5/6th. Anyone got any experience?

My current Au Pair arrived in early January. I only interviewed her on the 2nd of January.
