Help with au pair advert and au pair contract

I would really appreciate any advice on things like what to put into the advert and what to put into the contract.

I need an au pair aged about 25-30 to look after two teenagers aged 15 and 16 when I am at work and sleep in the house (10 pm to 7 am) when I have to do night shifts 2-3 times a week.

Other than that it is just making sure they go to school on time, feed the pets and do a light meal for the teenagers around 6 pm. I would also like them to do the dishwasher daily, keep the kitchen tidy (recycling and rubbish out), clean the sink and loo daily and some tidying/hoovering when needed. I would have thought the housework including cooking would be around 2-3 hours a day. They would have the whole day free Monday to Friday if they wanted as the housework and evening meal could be done early evening. They would have every weekend off.

Any suggestions?

I want to put in no overnight visitors when I am not in the house and not able to take on any other paid employment as I know that can cause problems with HMRC.

I live in London so a bit worried that I will attract au pairs that just want to be in the capital....
